New tenants at Galeria Kazimierz in Cracow

Globe Trade Centre S.A. has signed lease agreements with four new tenants of retail space in Galeria Kazimierz, Cracow. They are two jeweler’s shops (Pandora and Jubiler Płonka), one fashion brand (Simple) and a beauty parlor (ManiPedi). DUKA and Swarovski shops have been transferred to new premises and totally rearranged.

- It assumed that the re-commercialization of Galeria Kazimierz should guarantee our clients access to the most original and elegant brands, including those which are particularly appreciated throughout the world. I am sure that new tenants and shops that are to re-open, they will let to distinguish Galeria Kazimierz on the retail map of Cracow – says Monika Janczewska-Leja, Retail Director of Retail Space at GTC S.A

PANDORA jeweler’s shop will be located on the first floor of the mall and will occupy an area of 26 sq m. The opening is scheduled for the end of March. SIMPLE has taken 116 sq m on the first floor. The shop will be open in the mid-April. Jubiler Płonka and ManiPedi have leased 35 sq m (first floor) and 50 sq m (ground floor) respectively. Another two shops will be reopen in March. Swarovski (20 sq m on the ground floor) and DUKA (180 sq m, also on the ground floor) have moved to new premises and are to present their new interiors shortly. DUKA shop has been rearranged according to the newest concept called “DUKA Kitchen Life”.

Galeria Kazimierz was GTC’s second retail development in Poland, after Galeria Mokotów in Warsaw. It was also the first modern shopping mall in Cracow. There are over 130 shops and service points on over 38,200 sq m of retail space, with a wide variety of entertainment options, including a 10-screen multiplex cinema. The anchor tenants at Galeria Kazimierz are Zara, H&M, C&A, Reserved, Carry, KappAhl, Empik, Alma, Pure Fitness, RTV Euro AGD and Cinema City.
