Pardon, To Tu, a cult club-café in Warsaw, has chosen Deka Immobilien’s International Business Center (IBC) for its new venue. The owner of the office building was represented in the lease transaction by real estate advisory firm Savills

The new venue to which Pardon, To Tu moved in June boasts an unconventional design alluding to the fit-out of its first location on Grzybowski Square. Its focal point is a stage with a red wall bearing the names of well-known artists. The place has a unique atmosphere complemented by impressive bookshelves, a voluminous ceiling height and a functional mezzanine. Pardon, To Tu looks its best when filled with people during concerts and other cultural events - more than 600 have already been organised by the club-café’s owners.

“It was a big challenge to find a new home for Pardon, To Tu and to adapt it to all the requirements of club and cultural activities,” comments Daniel Radtke, the owner of Pardon, To Tu. “We strongly believe that through its professionalism and understanding Savills helped us achieve this goal,” adds Magdalena Dudek, the Manager of Pardon, To Tu.

Real estate advisory firm Savills is the exclusive office leasing agent at the IBC. The complex comprises two buildings offering more than 36,000 sq m of Class A+ office space. One of its anchor tenants is PwC. Pardon, To Tuleased approx. 275 sq m on the ground floor  and at the mezzanine. The tenant also has a garden of over 100 sqm.
