Ghelamco is constructing a new headquarters for T-Mobile

Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa will occupy 27,000 sqm, that is almost 70 percent of business space in an ecologic investment which is being constructed in Warsaw’s District of Mokotów. The modern business park developed by Ghelamco Poland will be named T-Mobile Office Park. The complex will altogether offer 40,000 sqm of office space.

The project is being realised in accordance to standards required by BREEAM ecological certificate. The building was designed by a Belgian architects studio Jaspers & Eyers. PTC will move into its new headquarters in 2013. The contract between PTC which was represented by DTZ, and Ghelamco Poland is the largest lease agreement signed on the Polish real estate market this year.

The complex at Marynarska Street will include connected office buildings which will be at least six storeys high. The business park will offer 40,000 sqm of modern office space in total. The complex will combine office and retail and services functions. Within the project, 1,400 parking spaces will be created as well as parking spaces and infrastructure for bikers and motorbikers and a green patio with elements of street furniture. Currently, at the plot at Marynarska Street, works related to the construction of a slurry wall are underway. The construction will be completed in 2013.
