Małgorzata Więcko, Head of Asset Management Poland

The Polish branch of Accolade is constantly developing, increasing not only the size of the crew, but also the financial results. Last year Financial Times included Accolade among the 100 fastest growing companies in Europe. It underlines the great success for the company, especially in Poland, where the value of the portfolio increased by 120% and reached the value of almost EUR 400 million. As Lukas Repal's COO emphasizes, this would not be possible without the involvement of a qualified team. Now Małgorzata Więcko joined Accolade, taking the position of Head of Asset Management Poland.

Małgorzata Więcko is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the University of Heriot-Watt in Scotland. She also has a status of RICS member. For many years she has been associated with the real estate market, during which, as she admits, she has gone through an exciting path full of challenges packed with smaller and larger successes. Before joining Accolade, she dealt with, among others, asset management and the introduction of new lines of property management services at the international consulting company JLL.

"As the Head of Asset Management at Accolade I will be responsible, among others, for defining and implementing strategies for the polish real estate portfolio, organizing processes as well as overseeing team performance to ensure an excellent level of service for tenants and investors. Already after the first days spent at Accolade, I felt that I am joining a group of dynamic people with enthusiasm, ideas and knowledge. I am glad that I could come here at a fantastic moment when Accolade is picking up speed on the Polish real estate market ‘' - says Małgorzata Więcko.

"The course of Małgorzata’s career so far, as well as the recruitment process confirmed us in the belief that the person, we were looking for joins us. Małgorzata proved that she has the most important features of a good Asset Manager - she is active, flexible, has great knowledge and an analytical mind. At the same time, she is able to build and maintain close relationships with tenants, which is extremely important in the context of Accolade's long-term business strategy, based on the trust of clients and business partners" - explains Michał Białas, Head of Poland at Accolade.

Accolade is a long-term investor in the warehouse and industrial real estate sector. The company operates on several European markets - Polish, Czech, German, and recently also on Slovak. Currently manages a portfolio of over 1.1 million sqm of industrial space in 30 locations having long-term cooperation with over 70 tenants, such as: Tchibo, DHL, Kion, Raben, Assa Abloy, Vive, Gates, Data Modul, Oponeo, Swiss Krono, Pierce, Autodoc.
