Cushman & Wakefield is expanding its Industrial and Logistics Agency

Maciej Szczepański and Mateusz Brzeziński

At the beginning of September 2017 two new professionals joined the Industrial and Logistics Agency of a global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield: Maciej Szczepański and Mateusz Brzeziński.

Maciej Szczepański was appointed business development manager with responsibility for business development, relations and cooperation with clients across Poland. He will also support clients in analyses of logistics needs and processes to develop optimum solutions in terms of location, size and technical specifications of properties. Maciej Szczepański has many years of professional experience gained at DSV, the world’s leading transport, forwarding and logistics company. He has been responsible for contract logistics, transport management and operation of DSV Road warehouses. As the director of warehouse operations, Maciej was responsible for product development strategies, process oversight, tender procedures and cooperation with key accounts and suppliers. He was also a regional director with responsibility for operations management of the company’s branch offices. Maciej also worked as a logistics projects manager and domestic forwarding manager. He is a graduate of the Management Faculty of the Poznań University of Economics and Business.

Mateusz Brzeziński joined Cushman & Wakefield from Atos, where he was responsible for communications and coordination of activities in digital media. As a member of the Employer Branding central team, he was involved in recruitment and branding campaigns across Poland. Mateusz was also responsible for promoting the new Atos brand in Hungary. Previously, he was the manager of the marketing and social media department of an interactive agency Elchupacabra, where he delivered projects for clients operating in IT, FMCG, real estate, construction and furniture sectors. At Cushman & Wakefield, Mateusz will be responsible for planning and execution of marketing and promotional strategies, and strengthening the company’s brand in the industrial and logistics sector. Mateusz is a graduate in Polish studies of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw (specialization in communications, media and PR). He is interested in new media, motor vehicles and the history of the Second World War.
