North-West Logistic Park changes hands

American investor Exeter Property Group has signed the final agreement for the purchase of the North-West Logistic Park in Szczecin. The buyer was represented by an international advisory company Colliers International.

Exeter Property Group bought 4 fully leased warehouses with a total area of ​​64 000 sqm. from the Waimea Holding. The preliminary agreement was concluded in October 2016. Exeter Property Group is a real estate investment manager focused on industrial properties. Since 2015 it is active on the European market with Poland being one of the key locations.

North-West Logistic Park is the first class A logistics centre located in the south-eastern part of Szczecin. Its warehouses equipped with modern technical solutions enable high storage and all kinds of logistics and production operations. The proximity to Scandinavia and Germany and access to the Baltic Sea make the park an attractive place for companies, especially Scandinavian manufacturing sector. The list of tenants includes manufacturers of components for wind power plants - the Danish KK Wind Solutions and the Spanish InCom as well as Rohlig Suus Logistics, Ceva Logistics Poland, IQ Metal Polish, MYCSA, My Trendy Phone, Zabka Poland, Cubic, PartyDeco, Animex Foods, and HTM.
