marcredo Center Kutno expands its fashion offer

marcredo Center in Kutno has added two new fashion stores Monnari and Greenpoint to its retail offer. The owner of the shopping centre was represented in the negotiations by a global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.


The stores of the Monnari chain offer a wide range of clothing designed in Monnari’s own fashion design studio and manufactured in Łódź, Poland’s textile hub. The Monnari brand has been present on the Polish market since 1998. The Monnari store in marcredo Center Kutno will take up 161 sq m.

Greenpoint is another Polish fashion brand gaining a foothold in marcredo Center Kutno. It has been present on the Polish market for over 12 years offering comfortable and practical clothing for women. Greenpoint has 62 own stores and 21 franchise stores across Poland. Its own store in marcredo Center Kutno will take up 81 sq m.

“We chose marcredo Center Kutno on purpose. We are gradually increasing the number of our stores looking for the best locations across Poland in order to reach out to a wide group of customers,” said Andrzej Dramski, Managing Director of Greenpoint S.A.

Opened in spring 2014, marcredo Center at 73 Kościuszki Street is the first modern shopping centre in Kutno. Its anchor tenants include H&M, Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, Big Star, Smyk and Empik.

Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, is the exclusive retail space leasing agent in marcredo Center Kutno and is also involved in commercialization of marcredo Center Zawiercie and marcredo Center Kołobrzeg, both planned for 2017.

“We are pleased to see the growing interest of customers and fashion companies in marcredo Center Kutno. The two new brands have joined the other thirteen fashion tenants of the shopping centre,” said Anna Hofman, senior negotiator in the Retail Department of Cushman & Wakefield.
