Colibri Concept Store in Royal Wilanów

Capital Park has signed an agreement with a new tenant from the clothing sector. Colibri Concept Store supporting young Polish designers will offer clothes for children and their mums and unique home accessories. Its offer will surely be welcome first of all by customers looking for uncommon design.

Colibri Concept Store will occupy almost 50 square metres in Royal Wilanów. The company makes it a point to support brands offering products designed and manufactured in Poland. Colibri Concept Store has always promoted creative domestic design that is increasingly sought after by customers.

The offer of Colibri Concept Store features clothes combining the latest trends for children and their mums with ecology, and also something more – home decor items such as graphics and posters. Those looking for unique adornments can choose something from Colibri’s jewellery and accessories offer.

The company primarily has the convenience of its youngest customers in mind when it selects brands for its store. Tastes are shaped in childhood, therefore Colibri Concept Store offers products from many manufacturers so that every child can choose something that will suit his or her style. Brands offered by Colibri include Risk made in Warsaw, Nosweet, Booso, Grain de Chic, Aqademia and Koto accessories.

Colibri Concept Store products excellently complement Royal Wilanów’s offer for families with children. The largest Nike store in Poland that will operate on the ground floor of the building will offer clothes and footwear for customers at any age. Outdoors, depending on the season, visitors will be able to play on a beach volleyball court or on a football pitch, exercise in a municipal gym, use climbing walls, enjoy themselves in pop-up bars or see a film in a summer cinema.

The building will also be home to head offices of Sygnity, Erbud S.A. and Capital Park – the investor of the project. Responsibility for the letting process of the retail and office sections rests with BOIG and Colliers International, respectively.

Royal Wilanów will be a five-storey building providing 29 787 sqm of modern office space and 6 920 sqm of space earmarked for retail and services. Its underground section will feature a three-level car park with 931 parking spaces for tenants and customers and a bicycle parking facility. The building was designed by JEMS Architekci architecture firm. It is planned for launch in August 2015.
