Wzorcownia Włocławek in the portfolio of King’s Street Retail

Wzorcownia Włocławek.

The purchase transaction of Wzorcownia Włocławek from Budizol Sp. z o.o. Property SKA, a Polish investor and developer, by Blackstone property fund was finalised. Thus, the shopping centre in Wroclaw has become another scheme to join King’s Street Retail’s portfolio.

The portfolio of King’s Street Retail, a platform which groups high quality Polish shopping centres, includes Magnolia Park in Wroclaw, Galeria Twierdza Kłodzko, Galeria Twierdza in Zamość and Galeria Pestka in Poznan, which was purchased only three weeks ago. Together with Wzorcownia Włocławek, King’s Street Retail has got the total retail space of 190 000 sqm. According to previous announcements, Galeria Tęcza in Kalisz will also be purchased soon.

Wzorcownia is a shopping centre constructed by Budizol Sp. z o.o. SKA, with the leasable area of 25 500 sqm, with a car park for 400 cars. The centre was created as a result of the successful revitalisation of the 19th–century faience factory located in the centre of Wloclawek. Immediately after the acquisition, the management of Wzorcownia Włocławek was overtaken by Master Management Group, which is also responsible for managing other centres in King’s Street Retail’s portfolio.
