The newest Retailer's Guide 2015/16 - Polish retail market

TPA Horwath and Taylor Wessing e|n|w|c Attorneys at Law, in cooperation with the Polish Council of Shopping Centres, have already published the Retailer's Guide Poland – a guide for retailers who wish to enter the Polish market. The newest report focuses on the current legal, tax and business aspects playing crucial role in the retail industry.

Poland is one of the strongest and fastest growing markets in the CEE and is the country of choice for many foreign companies. The retail sector is a highly competitive industry and the entry process is extremely complex and can often bear significant financial risk. Before taking the first step towards expansion into the Polish market, investors should review all the legal, fiscal and economic aspects in our country. This Retailer’s Guide aims to help foreign investors to aide in the set-up and the implementation process to open a retail business in Poland.

The Guide has been developed as a result of a close working relationship of two international experts specialising in consulting for the retail sector namely Taylor Wessing e|n|w|c Attorneys at Law, which has prepared the legal part of the Guide along with the business consulting firm TPA Horwath, who has enriched the guide on tax issues. Significant support was given by the Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH), which has provided the latest information on the commercial real estate market in Poland.

Retailer’s Guide can now be downloaded from TPA Horwath website or Taylor Wessing e|n|w|c website.
