CH Chrzanów

Work on the construction of a connector between the existing parts of CH MAX in Chrzanów is well underway. It is the first phase of the expansion, after which the floorage of the centre will increase from 9,000 to 14,000 sqm.

“Our centre’s expansion has been prepared to be conducted in stages so as to maintain the current standard of customer service even during the construction works,” said Michał Stec, investor’s representative. “We have started the construction of the connector between the two parts of the centre. It will be commissioned in November. Another stage will include the construction of a three-storey building which, apart from retail premises, will house two levels of a car park. The new building will be integrated with the already existing one.”

CH MAX is the largest shopping centre in Chrzanów. It houses 65 retail premises. Among the tenants, there are brands such as Piotr i Paweł, Reserved, Empik, CCC, Deichmann, Rossmann or Media Expert.

The centre is situated in the centre of the town, at the intersection of the major roads in Chrzanów: Trzebińska and Szpitalna streets. In the close vicinity, there are PKP and PKS stations as well as local public transportation stop, enabling the customers a convenient access from every part of the town. The Stec company is the investor in the centre, while Retail Concept is responsible for its commercialisation. The expansion concept was prepared by BOSE International, which is the author of such projects like Silesia City Center or Bonarka in Cracow.
