On 1 January 2017, Savills took over the management of Galeria Rumia. The owner of the object is DNB Assets Holdco. The main objective is to develop and implement a strategy that will increase the value and competitiveness of Galeria Rumia – a task entrusted to Savills Department of Property and Asset Management.
The scope of services provided by Savills include: operational management of the building, vacancy commercialisation, financial and accounting services, budgeting and marketing.
Galeria Rumia is a modern shopping center, located in Rumia at 14A Sobieski Street on the main transit route from the Tri-City to the Baltic Sea, close to the Fast Urban Railway (SKM) station and Tri-City bus communication. It is a modern retail complex with a leasable area of 16,800 sq m and 460 parking spaces. Galeria Rumia offers 58 commercial units, situated on three levels. Ultimately, the shopping center will consist of 90 tenants. Among the major tenants are: Biedronka, well-known brands as Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, Monnari, KIK, Pepco, Multikino, sportswear brand Martes Sport as well as Rossmann drugstore. The property has an interesting architecture, very good access to daylight and an eating area with a view of the city.
