Res-Vita: building permit soon, works to start in May

According to the portal nowiny 24, the investor in Res-Vita shopping centre is going to apply for building permit soon. Works over the development in Rzeszow are to start in May.

The construction project of the scheme is ready. It was prepared by UCEES architects office from Cracow, which had won the architectonic contest organised by the investor and CWKS Resovia sport club.

According to the project, the building consists of two parts. The first one will have three levels. The lowest one is a DIY market, a food market and an arcade with smaller shops. The floor above will house i.a. a sport equipment store and a housing appliances and electronics shop. On the upper floor, the architects designed a full-size skating rink with artificial surface; a skate park and a fitness part. The eastern part of the complex will contain a cinema multiplex with 1,000 seats, a disco and a conference area with an area of 2,100 sqm. Tadeusz Dykiel, the investor, ensures that he is financially prepared for the investment:

“The commercialisation of the scheme also goes well. The retail part will house well-known brands from footwear, DIY and sport equipment industry. We already have some arrangements,“ Dykiel convinces. The other part of the complex - the hotel, will be created opposite the stadium of University of Rzeszow, where Resovia plays there matches. The hotel will have 154 rooms, including 5 for disabled people and a few increased-standard apartments for special guests.
