One millionth customer in Galeria Neptun

Galeria Neptun in Starogard Gdański has welcomed its one millionth customer only four months since its grand opening. It is the largest shopping centre in the region with tenants such as H&M, EMPIK, Reserved, KFC and Cinema City. Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate services firm, is responsible for commercialization of Galeria Neptun.

Galeria Neptun has already been 86.5% let and is attracting increasing footfall. The recent openings of Cinema City and the KFC restaurant, the first in the Kociewie region, have added to the popularity of the shopping centre.

Galeria Neptun has been developed at the site of the former footwear factory Neptun at the junction of Pomorska and Jana Pawła II streets in the downtown area of Starogard Gdański. It totals 54,000 sq m, of which 25,000 sq m is leasable space, and targets around 200,000 people living within its catchment area. Galeria Neptun’s tenants include Cinema City, H&M, Reserved, Cropp, House, Sinsay, Mohito, Home&You, Mediaexpert, EMPIK, SMYK, KFC, Paris Optique, Reporter Young, 5.10.15, Moodo, Matras, Carry, CCC, 4F, and Martes Sport.

A 337 sq m play area Honolulu is scheduled to open in the last week of August. It will be a place for customers to enjoy their time with children or leave them under the care of professional entertainers to do shopping in Galeria Neptun. Honolulu was designed by play area specialists and constructed using materials that meet top safety standards.

Galeria Neptun Sp. z o.o. Sp. k. is the developer of the shopping centre while Dekpol Sp. z o.o. is the general contractor. Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive agent responsible for the commercialization of the scheme.
