Galeria Leszno changed owner

King’s Street Retail has purchased Galeria Leszno from a private Polish investor – Energoutech 1. The shopping centre has 32,500 sqm of leasable space. The parties did not reveal the value of the transaction.

The shopping centre was launched in May 2011and is almost fully let. It houses shops such as: H&M, C&A, New Yorker, Stradivarius, Deichmann, Smyk, Douglas, Rossmann, Media Expert and Empik. The largest shops in Galeria Leszno are an Intermarché supermarket and a DIY market Praktiker. The centre also offers entertainment and leisure functions, including cafés, restaurants, a fitness club and a Cinema 3D, which was launched in December 2012 as the first multi-screen cinema in the town. Master Management Group, responsible also for leasing, will be the manager of Galeria Leszno.
