Galeria Dzierżoniów: opening in the second half of 2013

Galeria Dzierżoniów.

At the site of the former PKS (Polish Coach Services) station at Prochowa Street in Dzierżoniów, the shopping centre named Galeria Dzierżoniów will be constructed next year. It will be constructed by Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych from Cracow, which purchased a 1-ha area from Koncept WS from Poznan last year, stated portal.

The centre is to be constructed at the intersection of Batalionów Chłopskich and Prochowa streets. It will total over 5,000 sqm and house around 25 shops and service points. The customers will be able to use around 120 parking spaces.

The design of the future centre was prepared by ArKuS from Gliwice, which has already designed such centres as Galeria Agora in Bytom and Forum in Gliwice or Trzy Korony in Nowy Sącz. The investor will apply for the building permit even in May; the first works are going to start in the third quarter of this year and will last 12 months. The opening of Galeria Dzierżoniów is scheduled on the third quarter of 2013. The cost of the investment, including land purchase is PLN 25 million. The development company Biuro Inwestycji Kapitałowych has been on the market for 12 lat; it specialises in construction and leasing of warehouse space; it has also constructed retail and medical buildigns, e.g. Retail Park in Puławy.
