Futura Park Kraków already open

Futura Park Kraków.

Starting from October 19, the visitors of Futura Park Kraków can shop at 140 stores, service points and food outlets. The previous day saw the official opening ceremony with participation of Neinver, a Spanish company acting as the investor in this project, as well as the representatives of companies and institutions involved in the development of Futura Park Kraków.

Some of those willing to do bargain shopping for brand clothes, shoes, accessories and jewelry showed up at the entrance to Futura Park Kraków over an hour before the opening time.

A day before the first customers crossed the entrance doors, there had been a symbolic opening ceremony at which José María Losantos y del Campo, the founder and president of Neinver Group, and Barbara Topolska, General Manager at Neinver Polska, met their business partners who co-developed Futura Park Kraków.

-Futura Park Kraków is an innovative project and Poland’s first venture combining a retail park and an outlet mall under one roof. 44,000 sqm of retail space host leading Polish and international brands. Advanced negotiations are underway with a couple more prospective tenants. We are sure this is going to be a successful enterprises - said Marek Noetzel from Cushman & Wakefield, Commercial Space Department, who was responsible for commercialization of the complex developed by Neinver Polska.

The commercial park will provide customers with a chance to visit Alma, Euro RTV AGD, as well as popular clothes stores, such as Triumph, and shoe shops – Deichmann and CCC. Factory outlet mall boasts brands such as Reserved, Mango, Tommy Hilfiger, Benetton, Tatuum, Solar, Simple, Tom Tailor, Vero Moda and Calzedonia.
