First acquisition of FLE in Poland - Wratislavia Center

Wratislavia Center

Wratislavia Center, a mixed-use property in Wroclaw has been sold. In the process Knight Frank acted on behalf of the seller, a private investor. Dentons provided legal advice. The property was bought by FLE, an investment advisor headquartered in Vienna, advised by the legal counsellors White&Case.

FLE bought the asset on behalf of FLE SICAV FIS, a real estate fund headquartered in Luxemburg and owning a commercial real estate portfolio in Europe and the US exceeding € 2 bn.

- The asset perfectly matches the investment criteria of the fund as a long-term investor. It has an outstanding location in the absolute heart of an important Polish city with very strong anchor tenants - elaborates Dr. Alexander Klafsky, managing partner of FLE.

Wratislavia Center is a complex located in the center of Wroclaw, in the Old Town district. The GLA of the property amounts to ca. 16,950 sq m.  It comprises a 5-star hotel, offices, ground retail units and a large underground parking facility.
