Eksbut joins Turawa Park

Footwear manufacturer Eksbut is a new tenant that joined Turawa Park in Opole. The company was founded in 1992 as a small family craft workshop. The Eksbut offer is based on footwear made from genuine leather for women and teenagers. The lease was signed for a unit of over 80 mkw.

In addition, Smyk chain, which has a wide range of children’s accessories and C&A, one of the most popular fashion retailers will open their stores for customers in the upcoming days.

Turawa Park is a scheme funded by Standard Life. The opening of Praktiker took place on the 24th. of March and the Mall on the 14 th. of April, attracting thousands of customers not only from Opole but the whole region as well.

The scheme area is 40 000 sqm comprising around 70 shops, businesses and restaurants. A new link road connecting the city centre to the ring road, allowing access to Opole from the east of the city, has also been constructed as part of the project.

The total investment is estimated at around 75 million euros. Key tenants include such brands as: Carrefour, Praktiker, Super-Pharm, Rossmann, Sephora, Smyk, Deichmann, CCC, Empik, KFC, Grycan, City Sport, Apart, Takko Fasion, Cubus and KFC.

The scheme is commercialised by Helical Poland’s leasing team working in conjunction with Colliers International and Mallson
