Echo will get financing for Outlet Park in Szczecin

Outlet Park Szczecin.

Echo Investment has signed a credit agreement with PKO BP, worth EUR 18 million.Obtained funds will be used for the realisation of Outlet Park Szczecin – the first outlet centre in West Pomeranian Region.

Outlet Park Szczecin is being constructedin the Prawobrzeze district, at the site of an existing shopping centre at Struga Street,which is owned by Echo Investment. Among the tenants of the facility, there arebrands such as Reserved, Rebook, Adidas, Puma, House, Lee/Wrangler, Atlantic,VIP, Wittchen, Bytom, Vero Moda, Jack & Jones, Ochnik, Coffeeheaven,Wójcik, McArthur, Kazar, Lancerto, Willsoor Group, Lavard, Lee Cooper or Puere.

There alisation of Outlet Park Szczecin will take place in two stages. The firstst age of construction, which already is underway, includes the construction as hopping arcade with 70 venues, a multi-screen Helios, a supermarket andelectronics store. Its completion is scheduled on the first half of 2012. Nosooner than a year after the first phase has been completed, works related tothe second stage will start, which will include creation of 60 stores.

The leasa blearea of Outlet Park Szczecin is over 24 000 sqm. The customers will be able touse 1 400 parking spaces. The architectonic concept of the scheme was designedby Vsf - Creative, whereas the alternative project was made by STUDIO A4 from Szczecin.
