ETC Swarzędz has opened

The shopping mall ETC Swarzędz has opened on 7 October after an upgrade which took more than 14 months. The investors are Grupa Capital Park and the Austrian company Akron Group. The general contractor is Doraco.

The upgrade cost nearly EUR 15 million. On the first two days of center’s activity after refurbishment the object has been visited by over 26k of people.

The upgrade of ETC Swarzędz started in July 2016. The main objective was to combine three separate buildings and to improve traffic within the mall. The upgrade created a single spacious building with broad passageways and a new façade. There are new common spaces, a food court, as well as rest areas. The floor area of ETC Swarzędz after the upgrade is 20 thousand square metres. The shopping mall has opened on 7 October. The main part of the upgrade has been completed but the remaining work will continue for a few months.

Starting on 7 October, ETC Swarzędz offers shopping with well-known retail chains including Intermarché, Diverse, KiK, Martes Sport, Deichmann, Swiss, CCC, Rossmann, Drogeria Natura, Empik, Top Secret, Yes, Smyk, 5-10-15, RTV Euro AGD, as well as local tenants: Mine Wine, Kids OK, Prestige Obuwie, Biuro Podróży Jamajka, Florist. In addition, there is a range of service outlets including the restaurant Marhaba, a shoemaker’s, a dry-cleaner’s, GSM and cable shops, as well as a locksmith’s. The fitness club 2 Be Active and the playground Kulkids remain open.
