DTZ takes over property management services in Złote Tarasy

DTZ has been appointed to provide property management and leasing services for retail part of Złote Tarasy complex, one of the most prestigious retail properties in Poland.

Złote Tarasy is the prime location retail-office complex with more than 200 stores on 65 500 sq m (GLA). Złote Tarasy complex is located in the very centre of Warsaw, and it is one of the most prestigious office-retail complexes in Poland. Well communicated is the place often visited not only by Warsaw inhabitants but also by many visitors and tourists because of close proximity of the main Warsaw train station – Dworzec Centralny.

Złote Tarasy is the exceptional space designed in order to fulfill needs of the most demanding users. Common spaces planned with attention to every detail make using the shopping mall much more exciting. Złote Tarasy complex was awarded in Cannes in the category: the best retail-entertainment project in the MIPIM Architectural Review Future Project Awards contest.

Next to the exceptional location, Złote Tarasy is characterized by rich and diversified offer. Large retail chains have their shops here (e.g. Van Graaf, Marks & Spencer, H&M, Zara or Saturn). There is also Multikino and entertainment section as well as rich offer of restaurants and bars (e.g. Hard Rock Café, which is the popular place of meeting not only among Warsaw inhabitants). In result the complex is enliven after normal working hours.

We are pleased that DTZ was appointed as the provider of property management services in Złote Tarasy. DTZ has a large experience in management of retail and office spaces. Only in last months DTZ has been chosen to provide services for 9 retail properties across Poland. Złote Tarasy is a unique scheme which concludes the period of intensive growth of the business. In result we have 21 retail properties and 12 office buildings in our portfolio in Poland.
