The last centre in the comparison is Galeria Pomorska. In this centre, the turnover increase remains at the level of around 7 percent.

“We have started 2012 with some nice views for the future. As it turns out, despite the recent crisis and increase in price of many goods, our clients are still willing to do their shopping in our centres. Altogether, the seven schemes we manage brought the turnover at the level of over PLN 15 million. The total amount of their turnover is over PLN 180 million and around 8.9 million visitors. Theses data allow us for starting another quarter with optimism,” explains Sylwia Wiszowata-Łazarz, Senior Marketing Manager at DTZ Management.

Because of the growing number of visitors and amount of turnover, the company intends to expand marketing campaigns within the individual centres’ premises. Works on gathering data for the second quarter 2012 have started, they will be summarised in July this year.
