In order to confirm Galeria Północna’s status as one of the greenest buildings in its class in Poland, GTC plans to obtain LEED Gold certification for the investment. The opening is planned for Q2 2017.

The foundation act of Galeria Północna was signed by Thomas Kurzmann on behalf of GTC, a representative of the architects that designed Galeria Północna – APA Wojciechowski and Tzur Architects, the representative of Unibep S.
