CH Łacina w Poznaniu - wizualizacja.

Łacina, situated on the right bank of the Warta River, next to Rataje Roundabout, 10 minutes away from the Old Town of Poznan will be one of the largest shopping and entertainment centres under construction in Poland. According to plans of the investor in the scheme – Apsys, the opening of the centre will take place in autumn 2014.

As The City portal found out, the value of the investment in Poznan by the French company Apsys Groupe, which specialises in management and development of newest generation shopping centres in Poland and France, will amount to around EUR 250 million.

The size of the investment is adequate to the amount for that purpose prepared by the French developer. Łacina will enrich the market with 98 000 sqm of retail space that will house 310 venues. The developer will also provide a car park with 3200 parking spaces.

“Owing to its size, diversified range of tenants and some excellent road connections, Łacina will attract customers from the entire Wielkopolskie voivodeship and will become the dominating centre in its influence sphere. We estimate, that just in the first year of operating, the complex will be visited by nearly 12 million people,” comments Fabrice Bansay, CEO at Apsys Polska.
