Office Market at a crossroads

We are happy to invite you to the second edition of Office Book. It presents the most important phenomena in the office market.

We draw your attention to a high supply of office space, its consequences and the response of developers and tenants We present the deals that have taken place in the market. We observe new trends related to the changing working environment and new ways to use and arrange office space. We also focus on the lease process and the related legal safeguards. We analyse the emerging office markets in Poland and the BPO market as the source of take-up for new premises.

We also touch upon the issues related to the property management and revitalisation of older office assets. We are familiar with the problems of sustainable development and environmentally-friendly technologies used in modern office buildings.
The experts from the following organisations contributed to this year's edition of Office Book: Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ, EY, Jones Lang La Salle, Knight Frank, Kinnarps, MSLGROUP and Polski Holding Nieruchomości.

The magazine contains a list of around 200 office buildings located in Poland, prepared by our editorial team.

We hope that Office Book will become a useful tool when evaluating the office market and will allow you to make right business decisions.

We wish you enjoyable reading
