West Station II offices fully occupied

HB Reavis, the international workspace provider, has successfully commercialised its second building situated next to the Warszawa Zachodnia railway station. With 38,000 sqm of leasable space, West Station II especially enjoys popularity among employers looking for an office with excellent transport connections. Last clients have just leased a total of 3,300 sqm of space.

In September, West Station II welcomed the new head office for PKP Telkol. Acting as a broker in the transaction were experts from Colliers International, who were also consulted by Core Services, a new tenant from the IT project and personnel outsourcing industry.

Companies that are soon to move into the building also include an IT firm Softinet, the food industry company Haribo, and the automotive parts provider TMD Friction. The clients were represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

Another firm to move into West Station II is the technology company Veriori, while the existing workplace of Diebold Nixdorf has expanded by an additional 160 sqm.

West Station is a joint development of HB Reavis, PKP S.A. and Xcity Investment. On the ground floor, the employees and visitors of the office buildings can enjoy the Warsztat Kulinarny restaurant, a Daft Cafe, a Sushi Roll&Go as well as a Żabka convenience store.
