Savills is relocating to 15th floor of Skylight

Skylight, Warsaw

Due to continued dynamic growth, international real estate advisor Savills will relocate its head office to Skylight where it will occupy over 500 sqm on 15th floor. Savills’ contact details remain unchanged as the company is not moving far and will stay within the multifunctional complex of Złote Tarasy at Złota 59 street. The relocation is effective from May 2.

Skylight is a part of a multifunctional scheme of Złote Tarasy located in the Central Business District near the Central Railway Station. The 23-floor building offers approx. 21,500 sqm of modern office space, spread over 18  floors.

Brian Burgess, Managing Director at Savills, says: “After 8 years on the Polish market, Savills has made a further step forward or rather ‘upward’. We are moving to new, purpose-designed offices on the 15th floor of the Skylight building in central Warsaw. We have taken great care to create a first-class working environment for our staff and provide effective, supportive and pleasant meeting places for our clients and visitors. We now look forward to the next phase of our growth and to gaining greater recognition for our status as a trusted advisor to real estate clients. This is embedded in our underlying belief that our people combine entrepreneurial spirit and a deep understanding of specialist property sectors with the highest standards of client care.”
