Rödl & Partner moves to a new office in the Olivia Business Centre

To accommodate the rapid growth of its Gdańsk branch, Rödl & Partner has leased a new, larger office in the Olivia Business Centre. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Cresa Poland.

Rödl & Partner is an international firm providing integrated professional services in the area of audit, business process outsourcing, tax, law and business consulting. It has 4,900 employees in 111 offices and 50 countries. Rödl & Partner employs more than 500 staff in six locations across Poland. Its Polish companies include Roedl Audit, Roedl Outsourcing, Roedl Consulting, Rödl Kancelaria Prawna, and IT Roedl Consulting. Its core value is the consistent organisational culture across the world as the firm provides proactive guidance for medium-sized enterprises acting as leaders on global markets.

Previously, Rödl & Partner occupied a serviced office O4 Coworking in the Olivia Business Centre. This February it took occupancy of nearly 360 sqm in Olivia Four, an office building completed in 2014 and featuring many sustainable technologies. The building is part of the Olivia Business Centre complex, which is located in the very heart of the Tricity metropolitan area, close to the University of Gdansk Campus. Olivia, which currently offers more than 175,000 sqm of modern office space, will provide over 250,000 sqm upon full build-out.
