Retail tenants at Rondo 1

Rondo 1 in Warsaw,

In the second half of November, a Carrefour Express supermarket will open at Rondo 1. The new store of 1,100 sqm area will replace the existing Carrefour shop. In December the commercial offer of the building will be further expanded by the launch of a Hebe Health & Beauty shop. It will have an area of 300 sqm.

Changing the Carrefour into a Carrefour Express will bring a broader choice of products and a higher level of service. The refurbished supermarket is also going to include more checkouts, which is expected to speed up customer service.

In addition to a rich selection of beauty products Hebe Health & Beauty shop will also offer over-the-counter medicines and food. The owner of the chain is Jeronimo Martins.

- Changing the format of the Carrefour supermarket and opening the Hebe beauty shop is our response to the needs of Rondo 1 tenants which they expressed in a survey we conducted this year,. Besides the improved quality of the goods and service of the grocery offering and the new beauty shop, these will surely be a benefit to the local community as well, he adds. - says Karol Bartos, Country Manager – Poland, MGPA.
