PANDORA Among the Tenants of the Graffit Building

Hines, the international real estate firm, is pleased to announce that PANDORA, the international jewellery manufacturer and retailer, has signed a five-year lease for 3,190 square meters of office space at the Graffit building in Warsaw. In the negotiation process PANDORA was represented by Colliers International.

PANDORA is present in over 100 countries on six continents. The company marries traditional handicraft and modern technology by designing and manufacturing high quality, hand-finished products.

The signing of this lease brings Graffit’s occupancy to 65 percent. Additional tenants also include: Globalne Centrum Rozwiązań IT Roche (Roche Global IT Solutions), Roche, Lingaro, Szkoła Tańca Rytm (Rhythm Dance School), Żabka, Nowakowski Gorąco Polecam.

Graffit is a building at 28 Domaniewska St, near the Wilanowska metro station. The entire facility offers approximately 18,500 square meters of Class A leasable area on seven stories including approximately 1,900 square meters for retail and services. Owing to a low building add-on factor, the building stands out with a large area of the typical floor: as much as 2,600 square meters. The design also provides for a three-level underground car park for 360 cars, as well as a complete infrastructure for cyclists including stands, changing rooms and showers. Designed by the Polish branch of the London design practice Rolfe Judd, Graffit complies with the highest standards of sustainable construction and has been awarded the BREEAM Interim Excellent sustainability certificate. The facility was delivered in the first quarter of 2018.
