Nordcurrent a new tenant in Spektrum Tower

Nordcurrent, an international video games developer and publisher, leased 600 sq m in the Warsaw office building Spektrum Tower. Cushman & Wakefield advised the firm in the leasing process.

Nordcurrent, a video games company behind such hits as Cooking Fever and Gamebanjo, decided to start their operations in Poland. The company chose Spektrum Tower in Warsaw for their new development studio. Nordcurrent’s offices will occupy an entire floor of the building, totalling 600 sqm starts from the middle of March 2016.

“Spektrum Tower guarantees a full flexibility in space fit-out, which will allow us to accommodate the needs and expectations of young talent. One of the most important elements for us was the terrace comprising part of the office. We also appreciate modern sustainable solutions and the prime location of the building,” said Victoria Trofimova, Nordcurrent.

Spektrum Tower is located in ul. Twarda 18, within a short walking distance from Rondo ONZ. This exceptionally attractive location offers a broad range of services and excellent transportation links. The building has been designed so as to enable office space to be freely arranged to meet users' needs. In addition, Spektrum Tower is a sustainable office building fitted with LED lighting throughout and boasts brilliant amenities for cyclists. A special bicycle zone has been established on the ground floor with a roofed parking area and showers.

“Spektrum is a remarkable hotspot on Warsaw's map of office space. We are delighted that yet another company has decided to come on-board. We are convinced that the convenient location and the comfortable modern interior will keep all Nordcurrent employees and business partners satisfied,” says Katarzyna Parkot, Head of Leasing, WX Management Services sp. z o.o.

Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, advised Nordcurrent in the process of finding the best location, supporting the company already at the stage of leasing temporary premises.

“Cushman & Wakefield’s tenant representation team finds great satisfaction in working with tenants from the new technologies industry. These projects are very challenging, as a unique and ergonomic office space is vital for the clients at the time of attracting the best talent. At the same time, the take-up of tech companies in the Warsaw office space volume continues to grow,” said Piotr Capiga, Negotiator in the Office Department at Cushman & Wakefield.
