New tenants arrive at Proximo

Hines, the international real estate firm, has signed new lease agreements at Proximo. The office building located at Rondo Daszyńskiego will welcome four new tenants, who will occupy a total of over 5,000 square meters of office and retail space. As a result, the occupancy rate for Proximo will exceed 96 percent.

The new tenants include the shared services center for Marsh & McLennan Companies as well as WSP Polska, Mott MacDonald and Winestory.

“Bringing the building occupancy rate to such a high level in less than six months since its official opening makes us really proud. It is the best testament to Proximo’s potential and its unique micro-location next to the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station,” said Przemysław Iznerowicz, managing director, Hines Polska. “We are grateful to all our tenants for their trust and choosing Proximo,” he added.

The Proximo office building was officially opened in June 2016. Currently construction works are underway on the second stage of the office complex, which will offer additional 20,600 square meters of space. The project closeout is scheduled for 2018.

Other Proximo tenants include Grupa Pracuj, Takeda, Stanley Black & Decker, Six Payment Services, Axa Assistance, Hines, Manpower, mBank, Fox Networks Group Poland, Net Credit, PRA Group, Jean Louis David, Green Caffe Nero, Rossmann and Olimp.

The Proximo office building is located on the outskirts of the Central Business District, at the intersection of Prosta and Przyokopowa Streets, in the direct vicinity of Rondo Daszyńskiego, and next to a line 2 metro station with the same name. The nearest metro entrance is located eight metres from the Proximo's façade, and 22 metres from the main entrance to the building. The Proximo building is only two stops from the Świętokrzyska metro station hub. This means that from the moment of leaving the Proximo offices, tenants reach the Palace of Culture and Science (Pałac Kultury i Nauki) in just over five minutes, while the Dworzec Wileński station is less than a quarter of an hour away. There is also a wide array of services, conference venues and hotels within a 0.5- to 3-kilometre radius of Proximo.

Proximo offers its tenants 28,385 square meters of Class A office space on 13 above-ground stories, including approximately 2,000 square meters of commercial space on the ground floor and first floor. Proximo's southern wing is a 13-story dominating structure, which ensures excellent visibility of the building from the major roads running in the vicinity.
