Natura joins Eurocentrum Office Complex

The Capital Park Group, investor of Eurocentrum Office Complex – one of the largest green office buildings in Warsaw - has signed an agreement with a new tenant, Natura Sp. z o.o. that will occupy space in the Beta building. Natura Sp. z o.o. (previously Polbita) has decided to lease a 450 sqm office on the tenth floor of the Beta building.

Natura Sp. z o.o. is the owner of a chain of Natura chemist stores located all over Poland, both in shopping centres and in many other attractive locations. The first store opened in 1997 and the company has continued to expand ever since, currently being the second largest chain of chemist stores in Poland.

All tenants of Eurocentrum Office Complex can enjoy themselves in common spaces full of plants and use an array of shops and services located in the building, including a cafe, a restaurant, a grocery store, a chemist store, a pharmacy, a physiotherapy centre, nail and hairdressing salons and a drycleaners store. They can also use services offered by a Concierge & Lifestyle Manager who will attend to all everyday matters, official and private alike. All these elements add up to ensure that Eurocentrum Office Complex is a kind of an „office plus” – not only an exceptional workplace, but also a comfortable space to spend time. Once the second phase of the building is complete, Eurocentrum Office Complex will provide 69 578 sqm of lettable space including 67 005 sqm of office space. In June 2014 the Capital Park Group completed the first phase of the project – the Beta and Gamma buildings with a total space of 42 337 sqm.

The fifteen-story Delta building offering 27 241 sqm of lettable space will be completed as the second phase. Eurocentrum Office Complex is being built in compliance with sustainable building rules confirmed by LEED CS Gold precertification, which guarantees care for the natural environment and comfort at work for future users. The building also offers numerous amenities for people using alternative means of transport, including 210 bike parking spaces, cloakrooms, showers for cyclists and electric vehicle charge points. ERBUD S.A. is the general contractor for the project and the design is the work of a reputed architecture firm PRC Architekci.
