More tenants choose Royal Wilanów

The Capital Park Group has recently signed lease agreements with Herbapol Lublin S.A. and General Property.

Herbapol Lublin S.A. will lease almost 430 sqm of space in the building. Once a small local company, Herbapol Lublin has over the years become Poland’s largest manufacturer of herbal products – a modern company boasting a deep rooted tradition of 65 years. Herbapol has installed new technological lines and introduced a modern management system. Its offer includes herbs, aromatic teas and syrups made with the best, only natural ingredients.  As many as 84 percent of Poles are very well familiar with Herbapol products.

General Property, the other new tenant in the Capital Park’s Warsaw project,  has successfully built its strong position in the market since 2004, offering comprehensive asset management solutions. With a team of experienced engineers supported by technicians and service experts, innovative solutions and  a flexible approach to all projects, the company can optimally manage all processes associated with the operation of the technical infrastructure of commercial buildings.

Along with Warsaw’s Eurocentrum, Royal Wilanów is another project where Capital Park implements its Office Plus concept to ensure that its tenants are not only offered comfortable office space conforming to top standards, but also a full range of services they need on a daily basis. This is why Capital Park projects host food stores, restaurants, cafes, massage centres and service units, all creating a friendly space where users can run errands after work and have everything „within reach”. The Office Plus concept is the company’s comprehensive response to changing needs of tenants and their modern approach to the environment in which they operate, where the office becomes an element of an organisation’s identity.

Royal Wilanów has recently been joined by Nama Japanese restaurant, Rossmann chemist store, Colibri Concept Store and a fitness centre. After training, visitors will be welcome to make a shopping stop in Piotr i Paweł supermarket, pop into Czas na Wino wine bar, Bang & Olufsen consumer electronics store, Krakowski Kredens, Aga Flowers, Piccola Italia Mediterranean deli store or have a tasty meal in Bierhalle brewery restaurant. Royal Wilanów will also host a travel agency, a car wash facility, a currency exchange kiosk and a drycleaners store.  It will also be home to Lindt & Sprüngli, Sygnity, Erbud S.A. and Capital Park – the investor.  Responsibility for the letting process of the retail and office sections rests with BOIG and Colliers International, respectively.

Royal Wilanów will be a five-storey building providing 29 787 sqm of modern office space and 6 920 sqm of space earmarked for retail and services. Its underground section will feature a three-level car park with 931 parking spaces for tenants and customers and a bicycle parking facility. The building was designed by JEMS Architekci architecture firm. It is planned for launch in August 2015.
