Medtronic takes offices in International Business Center

International real estate agency Savills has represented Medtronic Polska, company owned by the world leader in medical technology, in the letting of nearly 1,600 sq m of office space in International Business Center (IBC) office complex in Warsaw. Medtronic will move into the new premises in 3Q 2015.

Tomasz Subocz, associate director, head of Tenant Representation Department at Savills, says: "We are very pleased that we could advise Medtronic Polska in selecting their new headquarters, after the company merged with Covidien and entered into a new phase of growth. Thanks to a convenient location near a metro station, the building meets employees expectations of both merged companies. In addition, Savills will manage and deliver fit-out project of the new Medtronic Polska office".

International Business Center (IBC) is a well-recognised, A+ office complex, offering over 36,000 sq m space to let in two buildings (A and B), located at the crossroads of Waryńskiego Street and Armii Ludowej Avenue, in the immediate vicinity of the key business locations, universities, and shopping centres. It offers an excellent network of public transportation which includes 14 bus lines, 5 tram lines and Politechnika metro station located next to the building.  IBC has 2 independent entrances, taxi rank as well as 3 level underground parking with 275 parking places.
