Knight Frank ensures an active last three quarters for DEKA

During the last three quarters Knight Frank, sole agent, represented the property owner DEKA Immobilien in brokering lease transactions for 11,300 sqm. The consultancy secured almost 20 lease contracts in office buildings throughout Poland.

6 lease contracts for a total area of more than 4,500 sqm were signed in Q4 2015. The key transactions closed in that period included renegotiations with Yareal Polska. The company not only appreciated its location and decided to stay in the Mokotowska Square building in Warsaw, but also expanded the leased area to some 1,050 sqm. The law firm Raczkowski Paruch also decided to renew the lease contract and expand their office by leasing almost 900 sqm in the North Gate building located in Bonifraterska St. Apart from successful renegotiations, the end of last year has seen the signing of new lease contracts such as EY, who leased 2,110 sqm in the Bema Plaza in Wroclaw.

2016 continues with big transactions secured by Knight Frank for DEKA Immobilien in Warsaw and regional cities over the last months. In H1 2016 13 lease contracts for a space exceeding 6,800 sqm were signed in total. As a result of successful renegotiations, one of the existing tenants decided to remain in Mokotowska Square in Warsaw and leases 1,800 sqm of office space. Knight Frank experts won two new tenants for the Waterside building in Gdansk: Future Electronics leases an office on more than 620 sqm, while Moon Hostel occupies a space of some 770 sqm.  Renegotiations in Poznan were another success – the Segro company now leases a 585 sqm office in the Andersia Tower.
