Freightliner Polska and National Instruments Poland are new tenants in IBC Office Complex

International Business Centre in Warsaw

Freightliner Polska, one of the leading provider of rail freight services in Poland, and National Instruments Poland, an international producer of automated test equipment and virtual instrumentation software, are new tenants of International Business Centre (IBC) in Warsaw. The office complex is owned by the open-ended real estate fund Deka-Immobilien Europa. International real estate advisor Savills has represented the landlord as an exclusive leasing agent of IBC.

Freightliner Polska has recently moved into the building B and occupies 1,190 sq m of office space on the ninth floor.

National Instruments Poland will occupy 500 sq m on the third floor in the building B. The new tenant will move into the premises in the first quarter of 2016.

International Business Center is an A+ office complex located at the crossroads of Waryńskiego Street and Armii Ludowej Avenue. The complex comprises a total of approx. 36,000 sq m of office space in buildings A and B. IBC offers a very well developed network of public transportation which includes bus and tram lines and Politechnika metro station located next to the building. IBC has two independent entrances, taxi rank as well as three level underground parking with 275 spaces.
