Fitch Polska stays in Saski Crescent

International real estate agency Savills has represented Fitch Polska, a leading provider of credit ratings, in lease renewal negotiations for nearly 400 sq m in Saski Crescent office building in Warsaw.

Dominik Reszetko, consultant in Tenant Representation Department at Savills, says: "We are proud to work with such a prestigious client as Fitch Polska. We put a lot of effort into negotiating for our client very good lease terms in the building, which is located in the heart of Central Business District, next to the metro station Świętokrzyska."
