Feniks the new headquarters of Bank Ochrony Środowiska

Bank Ochrony Środowiska Group has signed a 12-year leasing agreement for 100 percent of space within the Feniks office building in Warsaw’s district of Wola.

Entities being part of  Bank Ochrony Środowiska SA Group will be using the building as a sole tenant of seven office storeys and an underground car park.

Feniks is a joint project of the Europlan property development firm and a fund being part of Griffin Group, which funded the project through mezzanine funding. Feniks offers around 10,000 sqm of total space. The building was constructed by the junction of Żelazna and Sienna streets at Wola district. It has taken over the spot of the former Feniks Department Store. Development process of this complicated project started in 2008 and in December 2012, the building was granted the occupancy permit.
