Eurocentrum Delta attracts new tenant

Grid operator Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne will lease space in the Delta building of Eurocentrum Office Complex. PSE S.A. was advised on the transaction by Grupa Rynku Nieruchomości EY and the Capital Park Group, the investor and owner of the building, used Cushman & Wakefield’s consulting services.

Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne has decided to lease 6 291 sqm in the Delta Building of Eurocentrum Office Complex. PSE S.A. was advised on the transaction with the Capital Park Group by Grupa Rynku Nieruchomości EY that was responsible for carrying out and finalising a multi-stage project involving comprehensive assistance for PSE S.A. with the relocation of GK PSE companies including recapitulation of the entire location selection process.  

Eurocentrum Office Complex is an A+ Class office building with 15 floors above ground level and 3 underground floors providing almost 70 000 sqm of lettable space including over 67 000 sqm of office space.   

The retail section of the project, with amenities dedicated to Eurocentrum users in tune with the company’s Office Plus concept, features a restaurant, a cafe, a grocery store, a chemist store, hairdressing and nail salons, a drycleaners store, a physiotherapy centre and a car wash facility. For the first time in an office building in Warsaw tenants can also use services provided by a professional concierge who helps them with business travel arrangements, family get-togethers, collecting visitors from the airport, business conferences or child care. 

The first phase of the project – Beta and Gamma buildings – was completed in June 2014. Eurocentrum tenants include Imtech Polska, Unilever, Tebodin, Qumak, CEPD Management, Randstad Polska, Mota Engil Central Europe S.A., Fresenius Kabi Polska Sp. z o. o., Chiesi Poland Sp. z o. o., Michael Strom Brokerage House and Commarch S.A.
