Equator II wins new tenants

Karimpol Polska’s Warsaw office property Equator II at Al. Jerozolimskie 96 has won new tenants. The company closed 2015 with five new tenancy contracts and signed another contract in 2016, totalling close to 1,200 square meters of space. Furthermore, Karimpol extended tenancy contracts with four existing tenants in 2015, totalling more than 5,300 square meters.

The new tenants include: the IT outsourcing provider Connectis; the IT trader Railways Infrastructure and Integration Services; the online HR service supplier Monster Polska; the consultancy GL Accounting Leader; the US mutual fund Westchester; and the communications agency Grayling.

The building still offers approximately 3,200 square meters of available lettable area including 2,500 square meters under advanced negotiations, said Andrzej Lany, Letting and Marketing Manager, Karimpol Polska.

Equator II was completed in October 2011. Its total lettable area is 21,300 square meters, including 400 square meters of retail and catering space (Chief’s restaurant, Good Look optician’s boutique, 1 Minute news agent) and 1,530 square meters of service outlets (Medicover medical service provider). The first tenants to move in were Medicover, Wydawnictwa Szkolne i Pedagogiczne, AON, and REGUS.

The property holds a BREEAM IN USE “Very Good” certificate. It was designed by APA Wojciechowski architects. Equator II is situated at one of Warsaw’s main traffic routes in close proximity to the railway stations Ochota (Plac Zawiszy) and Dworzec Zachodni.
