Emerson for the long term in University Business Center II

Emerson Process Management, a supplier of innovative automation systems, have decided to extend their stay in University Business Center II (UBC II) in Warsaw for a number of years. In total, the company will occupy over 4,500 sqm. During negotiations Emerson was represented by Colliers International, with Knight Frank advising the landlord of the building – the SEB Investment fund.

Paweł Lothammer, Associate Director, Landlord Representation at Knight Frank, comments: „Emerson have leased office space in UBC II since January 2011. The extension of their contract is confirmation that the building still meets the requirements of tenants and with the right approach, the landlords of existing buildings can effectively compete against developers. "

Emerson, together with Hewlett Packard, which at the beginning of this year also extended the agreement in UBC II, occupy about 85% of the building. Knight Frank is the property manager of the building.
