Colliers International lets 8 000 sqm office space in Warsaw

The Asset Management Department of Colliers International, a leading global real estate consultancy, represented two institutional real estate funds launched and managed by Pramerica Real Estate Investors in the process of commercializing their property portfolio.

The negotiations included almost 8 000 sqm of office space in two Warsaw office buildings: Nordic Park and Stratos.

Nordic Park is a seven-storey A class office building offering 8 000 sqm of leasable space. It is located at Kruczkowskiego Street, in the CBD of Warsaw. Nordic Park offers over 200 parking places and very good communication with other districts of Warsaw. Within this building Colliers’ Asset Management Team negotiated on behalf of its client with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne a new lease for 1,500 sqm and with Gemalto, who offers solutions for the ICT sector, a new lease for almost 350 sqm.

Stratos Office Centre is an eight-storey A class office building offering 11 000 sqm of leasable space. It is located in Warsaw’s city centre at 5 Skorupki Street and in close proximity to Marszałkowska Street, Willa Struvego, the headquarters of Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny and the Mercure Warszawa Grand Hotel. Colliers’ Asset Management Team negotiated on behalf of its client with Antal, the recruiting company, a lease extension and expansion for 450 sqm of office space and BRE Leasing a lease extension for 5 600 sqm of office space.

Colliers International’s Asset Management Department provides operational management services to the portfolio managed by Pramerica Real Estate Investors which include the following buildings: Nordic Park, Stratos Office Centre, Norway House and Stolica Business Park.

Colliers International’s Asset Management Department (legally acting as Colliers International REMS Sp. z o.o.) offers owners services which work towards increasing the capital value and commercialisation of their property portfolio. These services include, among others, representing the owner on the local market, managing SPVs (special purpose vehicles), representing the owner in the leasing process, and offering financial and operational management services for the property.
