BBI Development moves its office to Plac Unii

One of the investors and developers of Warsaw’s Plac Unii – BBI Development S.A. – has leased 609 sqm of office space in the complex. The new headquarters of the company will be located on the 2nd floor of its building A.

After the move-in of BBI Development S.A., both developers of Plac Unii will have their own offices located there – since Autumn 2014 the building also houses offices of Liebrecht & wooD Group.

BBI Development is a Polish company quoted on the Warsaw's Stock Exchange. Currently, together with the American investment manager Amstar, BBI Development is developing Złota 44 residential skyscraper while in Praga district it is responsible for mixed-use Praga Koneser Center project developed with Liebrecht & wooD Group. The company is also developing an office-retail project Centrum Marszałkowska located at the intersection of Marszalkowska and Swietokrzyska streets, as well as prepares for development of a 170-metre "Roma Tower" skyscraper at the corner of Nowogrodzka St and Emilii Plater St.

The tenant mix of Plac Unii includes also companies such as ING Group, Veolia Energia Polska S.A., Work Service, HRS, Trigon Dom Maklerski S.A., ZeroChaos, Polish Union of House Developers, Sociomantic Labs, AMC Networks Poland, A+E Networks Poland, Green House Development and Futureal Management Poland.

Liebrecht & wooD is responsible for leasing the Plac Unii office and retail space. The complex is managed by WeCare.
