AirHelp Gdanks’s Skyscraper

AirHelp, one of the most successful travel startups in recent years, will make its new home in Gdansk’s state-of-the-art Olivia Business Centre in June, according to leasing agent Colliers International.

AirHelp is a Y-Combinator startup, which helps air passengers from around the world get compensation from the airlines when their flight has been canceled, delayed or overbooked.

The company is expanding rapidly – when it started back in 2013 there were only a handful of employees, while today the company has grown to over 200 people globally -- and it plans to double the number of its staff by the end of 2017.

AirHelp’s European headquarters will eventually be located in the upcoming skyscraper Olivia Star complex, which is planned for delivery in April 2017. Colliers International advised the tenant in the leasing process
