Adgar office complex already 93 percent let

Adgar Postępu sp. z o.o. has signed a lease agreement for office space in Adgar Plaza B with Tupperware Polska. Adgar Plaza B is situated at Postępu Street in the Mokotów Business District in Warsaw. Consequently, the commercialisation of the complex is nearing to an end, and the occupancy rate is 93 percent.

Tupperware Polska will lease 436 sqm on the sixth floor of the 10-storey Adgar Plaza B building, which still has 1,000 sqm of office space to offer. The tenant entered its new office after the finishing and fit-out works have been completed by the owner of the building, that is Adgar Postępu sp. z o.o. The agreement was signed by Karina Dudek-Miracka, General Director, on behalf of Tupperware Polska. Adgar Postępu sp. z o.o. was represented by Eyal Litwin, CEO at Adgar Investments & Development Ltd. and Tomasz Piotrowski, attorney at law. The lease agreement has been concluded for 5 years.

Among companies seated in Adgar, which consists of Adgar Plaza A and B and Adgar Business Centre, there are Pfizer, DuPont, Antalis Polska, Biuro Informacji Kredytowej, Business Advisors, Diebold, DQS Polska, EDP Polska, Futurestep, Gilead Polska, Gruper, MAP Polska, PartyLite, Schneider Electric, Symantec, Żywiec Zdrój, Public Procurement Office and offices of subsidiaries of Adgar in Polsce.

Adgar office centre is situated in Mokotów Business District in Warsaw and it consists of Adgar Business Centre with floorage of 11,600 sqm and two new 10-storey A-class buildings: Adgar Plaza A and B with a total area of 27,000 sqm. All three buildings create a modern, well-equipped office complex with the total area of 39,000 sqm.
