Wola Center – a new LC Corp office building in Warsaw

Wola Center, Warszawa.

LC Corp started the construction of the modern office building located at Przyokopowa Street, vis-à-vis The Warsaw Rising Museum. The total leasable office space will amount to 31 000 sqm. The investment will be named Wola Center.

The concept and the project of Wola Center were created by the architectonic studio Kuryłowicz & Associates, which, in its portfolio, has projects such as the headquarters of LOT airlines or the National Forum of Music in Wroclaw. Jones Lang LaSalle has been chosen to conduct commercialisation, while Budimex won the tender to be the general contractor.

The Wola Center complex comprises of four buildings connected with a spacious patio with greenery and elements of street furniture. Each building has a separate reception, which makes communication within the complex much easier. The ground floor will include service points, cafes and restaurants. Eleven floors of different footages make it possible to arrange offices of various sizes and shapes.

Katarzyna Dudek from LC Corp Group adds: “Delivery of the building is scheduled on Q3 2013; the date will coincide with the launching of the second subway line by Rondo Daszyńskiego, being an unquestionable advantage of the new LC Corp investment”.
