The north-west Wola with a new office destination in Warsaw

Paweł Malinowski, Chairman of  Profbud

Wola is currently the fastest growing district in terms of office space not only in Warsaw, but also in Poland. The development plan predicts growing up to one million sq m. office space in the next few years, and the number of employees will double.

Near the Daszyńskiego Roundabout has been created one of the largest office hubs in the city. However, due to the high supply and access of the market with commercial areas in this part of the city, the office construction site is moving towards north-west Wola. The route of the second metro line, which currently leads from the Center to Wola, has a strong impact on the development area. In the future, metro will connect with Bemowo. This gave us pause to reflect on implementing the first flagship office project  - Vector + in an attractive placement at the crossroad of Prymasa Tysiąclecia Avenue and Obozowa Street in Warsaw.

Vector + is perfectly connected with the entire capital city, and thanks to the Rapid Urban Railway (SKM), the developed tram and bus lines and also the planned "Młynów" station of the second metro line, will ensure convenient access to the office building by any form of transport. Entrepreneurs appreciate this location also for green areas and parks that can be widely used in the adopted work-life balance philosophy.

The office building will include roof terrace, electric car charging station network or special parking spaces for bicycles and changing rooms with showers. At the same time, the building will meet the highest standards, will be equipped with environment-friendly systems that will reduce operating costs and improve the comfort of work for tenants. Vector + will be completed  in the second quarter of 2019.
