Tax Chamber bought two office buildings located at Erazma Ciołka Street in Warsaw district of Wola from Satoria Group S.A. Walter Herz company provided consulting services to the parties during the transaction.
Purchase of the office buildings with a total area of nearly 6 thousand sq m for the new Treasury Audits Office (UKS) headquarters in Warsaw is one of the largest transactions with the participation of the Tax Authorities on the office market.
Office buildings, which were the subject of transaction are located in an area which has long been a well recognized address on the institutional map of the city, as the location gathers a particularly large number of public administration units. Eight Satoria Group office buildings located along Erazma Ciołka Street, nearby Górczewska Street offer a total of over 20 thousand sq m of space. Many institutions and offices, among them Chamber of Customs, Tax Chamber, Prosecutor's Office and Labor Office located their offices there.

We intend to continue developing potential of investment in the area of Wola, where office buildings belonging to the Group are located. In the near future, the construction of another office building by Ciołka 12A will begin - C12A, which will offer 9 thousand sq m of modern usable space.
